Very simply – all repair costs, professional fees, clean-up expenses….all of it, can be deducted from the proceeds at closing. We will keep you up to date all along the way as to invoice amounts, etc. You’ll receive a Closing Statement which will summarize all the expenses incurred to sell Mama’s house. You pay nothing up front.
